Information You Submit
Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you enter a name or location into a search tool, that request goes to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Marshall County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy practices apply to the query it receives.
Emails and Contact Messages
If you email us or send a contact-form message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. Those messages are not shared outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Privacy Beyond This Site
